Important: Genuine adult dating only; abuse, harassment, impersonation and manipulation of virtual entitlements are prohibited. |
|---|
1. Scope and relationship with other documents
This Acceptable Use Policy sets rules for safe, lawful and genuine participation on DateFoundry, the adult dating platform operated by AMORIAX LTD. It applies to creating profiles, viewing other users, using search and matching tools, sending messages, buying or spending tokens and likes, sending digital gifts, reporting concerns and interacting with security systems. This Policy supplements the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy and is part of the contractual standards for use of the Service.
The purpose is to protect users' autonomy, privacy and payment integrity, not to prevent good-faith complaints or legitimate expressions of disagreement. We apply a proportionate approach to suspected wrongdoing, taking account of severity, credibility, safety impact and the rights of affected users. Nothing in these rules cancels a right to seek a lawful refund, contest a bank charge or complain about the handling of personal data.
2. Core principle of permitted use
Use DateFoundry to communicate respectfully with other adults who choose whether to respond. Search, match and messaging features allow an introduction, not an entitlement to any relationship, private information or physical meeting. Be accurate about your identity, age and intentions, respect other users' blocking and privacy choices, and stop communication where a recipient withdraws consent. A virtual gift or like cannot be used to purchase personal attention, intimacy or a romantic obligation.
Members should take reasonable care when sharing photographs, location details, phone numbers or financial information. DateFoundry does not endorse requests to send money to strangers or move immediately to an unverified communication platform. You may report behaviour that appears unsafe, fraudulent or inconsistent with these rules; do not retaliate against a reporter or publish allegations that unnecessarily expose private data.
A person’s willingness to receive a digital gift, like or message is not consent to meet, share photographs, disclose a location, transfer money or continue a conversation. Consent to contact can be withdrawn, and blocking must be respected. Buying additional platform interactions must not be used to circumvent a member’s safety settings or to target someone who has declined communication.
3. Account integrity and identity
An Account is individual, personal and non-transferable. Do not impersonate another person, use stolen photographs, state a false age to bypass adult eligibility or create fake profiles intended to deceive others. Multiple Accounts must not be used to circumvent bans, inflate matches, exploit promotional limits or evade a safety investigation. We may request proportionate verification when there is a credible concern, but we do not guarantee that every profile has undergone formal identity checks.
Keep login credentials private, use official sign-in routes and notify info@datefoundry.com if an Account is compromised. It is prohibited to sell, lease, lend or commercially pool an Account. A user who assists another person to evade a lawful suspension may be restricted after an evidence-based review. Good-faith correction of an inaccurate profile field is encouraged and is not treated as a violation.
False age claims, stolen photographs, deepfake impersonation, fraudulent badges and repeated account creation to evade a safety ban undermine trust. We may review proportionate signals and corroborating evidence before taking a final action. We do not promise that a visible account or verification label conclusively establishes a member’s identity, intentions or willingness to meet.
4. Prohibited payment and checkout behaviour
Only authorised payment instruments may be used. Do not submit stolen card data, obscure a payer's identity, manipulate a payment callback, submit forged receipts or exploit a processor error to obtain gifts or tokens without paying. Attempting to retrieve a delivered benefit through intentionally false transaction evidence is prohibited. This rule does not cover an honest payment dispute, a legitimate unauthorised-charge report or a proper exercise of statutory cancellation rights.
Do not ask other users to buy gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency, send bank payments or disclose online banking credentials as a condition of meeting or continuing a conversation. DateFoundry entitlements cannot be redeemed for money, invested or used for peer-to-peer payments. Suspected romance fraud, coercive payment demands or account takeover may prompt immediate protective measures and referral to appropriate authorities where law permits.
The right to make a good-faith complaint or dispute a payment with the card issuer is protected. Prohibited checkout abuse instead includes knowing use of a stolen instrument, deliberate manipulation of processor notifications, creating false transactions or exploiting an error to keep entitlements for which no valid payment was made. Enforcement depends on evidence; a chargeback alone is not treated as proof of misconduct.
5. Prohibited gameplay and fair-use abuse
Tokens, likes and gifts are licensed in-platform functions. You may not duplicate units by exploiting bugs, scripts, timing races or refund/reversal gaps, nor create Accounts to claim the same promotional allocation repeatedly. Coordinated “like farms”, automated profile scoring, artificially amplified gift counts and misleading claims that a gift purchases guaranteed attention undermine the intended service and are prohibited. We may withdraw wrongfully created units and correct the ledger without conferring additional transferable value.
Ordinary use of purchased likes and gifts according to the disclosed product rules is permitted, even where a recipient does not respond. A spending pattern alone does not prove abuse. Where we identify an anomaly, we compare transaction and entitlement records and consider whether it was caused by a platform defect, an innocent double-click or deliberate manipulation before imposing a significant restriction.
6. Prohibited technical interference
Do not attempt unauthorised access, credential stuffing, scanning for vulnerabilities, introducing malware, disrupting another member's session, bypassing rate limits or testing the payment flow through deliberately malformed requests. Scraping profiles, harvesting photographs or extracting message data into an external dataset without permission is prohibited. Use of bots to mass-message, simulate member interactions or manipulate search rankings undermines safety and privacy controls.
Good-faith disclosure of a suspected security vulnerability may be made privately to info@datefoundry.com with sufficient technical detail for review, without publishing exploit steps or exposing another person's content. We may block abusive traffic or limit a suspicious session while investigating, and may preserve necessary technical logs under the Privacy Policy. Security restrictions should not be used to suppress legitimate consumer complaints.
7. Content, conduct and communications standards
Do not threaten, bully, stalk, repeatedly contact someone who has declined interaction, incite violence, use hateful abuse, blackmail a member or demand intimate material. Non-consensual intimate images, sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, unlawful pornography involving minors and credible threats of harm are strictly prohibited. DateFoundry is for adults, but an adult's presence on the Service does not imply consent to explicit material, unwanted advances or public identification. Harassment can occur through repeated likes or gifts as well as messages.
Do not share another person's personal details, medical information, private photos or communications without lawful authority. Romance scams, fabricated emergencies, demands for payment, phishing and manipulation designed to obtain money or credentials are prohibited. Members should report urgent threats to law enforcement or emergency services where appropriate; platform moderation is not an emergency-response service.
Sharing intimate images without the depicted person’s consent, threatening to do so, doxxing, grooming, stalking, hate-based targeting, coercive requests for money and romance-scam scripts are prohibited. Do not pressure a recipient to reply because a gift was purchased, or imply that the recipient owes an offline service. Report dangerous conduct; in an emergency, contact local emergency services.
8. Intellectual property and unauthorised commercial exploitation
You must hold the necessary rights to any text, photo, image, audio or other material submitted through DateFoundry. Uploading another person's portrait to impersonate them, copying copyrighted content from other profiles or using the platform to sell unlicensed material may lead to removal and restriction. The Service's marks, code and design cannot be republished or integrated into a competing commercial product without permission, subject to mandatory statutory exceptions.
Member material may be displayed for the limited audience and purposes described in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. You may not assemble external searchable archives of dating profiles, train an unrelated model on member conversations or use scraped interests for advertising. Report a specific infringement to info@datefoundry.com with enough details to locate and evaluate the material, without sending unrelated private conversations.
9. Account trading, transfers and virtual-goods misuse
Accounts, tokens, likes, gifts and digital entitlements are not transferable cash equivalents. You must not sell balances, advertise an exchange rate, trade gifts for off-platform money or broker paid access to another member's Account. A virtual gift is a digital social expression; it cannot oblige the recipient to send money, communicate, meet or provide services. Transactions offered by strangers outside the official checkout are not DateFoundry purchases and may be fraudulent.
We may reverse credits that were duplicated, obtained through a stolen payment method or generated by an exploit. Where a customer receives a lawful refund, corresponding unused digital benefits may be withdrawn; on voluntary Account closure, remaining entitlements ordinarily expire under the Cancellation Policy. None of these restrictions removes a statutory claim relating to defective or undelivered paid digital content.

10. Children, age and protective restrictions
The Service is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. It must not be used by a minor, by an adult acting as a proxy for a minor or to contact, solicit, groom or exploit a child. We may restrict accounts with credible underage indicators, seek appropriate verification and preserve the minimum information necessary for safeguarding. Reports about suspected child sexual exploitation must be treated urgently and handled under applicable law.
Do not post photographs of children to a dating profile where this could expose their privacy or safety. A cardholder's authority to pay does not override the minimum-age rule. Accounts found to be underage may be closed, with financial and personal-data consequences considered under mandatory law rather than a universal forfeiture statement. Contact support without circulating sensitive images if you identify an underage user.
This is an adult-only service. No person under 18 may register or receive adult-directed matching communications, even with a parent’s permission. Age-verification or safeguarding checks must be used proportionately and subject to the Privacy Policy; collecting sensitive identification material is not a licence to retain or disclose it indefinitely. Suspected child exploitation is escalated in line with legal duties and safeguarding priorities.
11. Reporting, investigations and cooperation
Reports may be submitted to info@datefoundry.com with the relevant profile link, approximate time, conduct described and any proportionate supporting evidence. Do not expose a victim's private photographs unnecessarily. We may check message fragments directly connected to the incident, relevant login records, payment references and prior safety signals. We do not presume a report is true solely because it was submitted, and do not disclose a reporter's identity to the subject unless required by law.
For immediate danger or criminal threats, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service. We may cooperate with lawful authorities, card providers and safeguarding bodies using records necessary for the specific matter, as described in the Privacy Policy. Knowingly false reports intended to harass a person may themselves breach this Policy, but an unsuccessful good-faith report does not.
A report should identify the relevant profile, communication or order if available, but members should not expose other people’s sensitive data to prove a complaint. Our investigation may involve preserving relevant content, temporarily blocking contact and taking action against impersonation, threats or payment abuse. A person whose account is restricted may request review, subject to protective limits where disclosure would jeopardise another person or an active investigation.
12. Enforcement measures
Depending on the evidence and urgency, we may issue a warning, remove prohibited content, limit messaging, freeze suspect credits, require verification, temporarily suspend an Account, permanently terminate access or refer a serious matter to authorities. Where safety permits, we explain a material restriction and provide a route to request reconsideration. The measures are not automatic punishments for low message response rates, unusual preferences or lawful card disputes.
Enforcement decisions should consider the nature of the breach, recurrence, actual risk and whether a less restrictive measure would protect other users. A temporary restriction on suspect payments should be reviewed when the relevant authorisation and account ownership are confirmed. Financial consequences must be reconciled with contractual performance, statutory digital-content rights and any legitimate reimbursement due to the member.
Available measures range from a warning or functional restriction to removing harmful material or closing an Account where justified. We consider severity, repetition, credible immediate harm and the protection of innocent members. Reversal of fraudulently created units must be traceable to the affected transaction; we do not use an enforcement penalty to override a lawful refund, a privacy request or a cardholder’s issuer rights.
13. Relationship to refunds, cancellation and data requests
The Refund Policy controls the assessment of duplicate charges, non-delivery, technical defects and legal cancellation rights. An Account ban does not automatically justify retaining payment for a product not supplied as required. The Cancellation Policy explains how unused tokens and other licensed items ordinarily cease after voluntary closure, and how any future renewal is stopped. We distinguish correcting an abusive digital balance from confiscating a genuine payment without legal basis.
A user subject to restriction may still contact DateFoundry about personal-data access or erasure through the Privacy Policy. Some records may be lawfully retained to investigate misconduct, defend a dispute or satisfy accounting duties, but excessive intimate details should not be preserved without purpose. Exercising rights, reporting harm or making an honest complaint must not be classified as abuse.
14. Amendments and version control
We may update these behavioural standards when new fraud techniques, safeguarding needs, technical threats or law require a reasonable response. Significant changes are published and, where practicable, communicated to affected members. A new rule should apply prospectively except where existing conduct independently breaches law or another already applicable obligation. The operator will not use an amendment to impose undisclosed paid terms on an earlier purchase.
The version shown above is effective from the stated date. The operator's ability to address an urgent and credible threat is not limited by the absence of a specific example in the matrix, provided its action is lawful and proportionate. Mandatory rights remain unaffected by a later policy revision or a restriction decision.
15. Contact and governing law
For reports, appeals or questions email info@datefoundry.com. Identify the affected Account, relevant content or transaction and the action sought. We may ask for limited verification before disclosing sensitive information or reinstating an Account, and we may limit details where disclosure would endanger a person or compromise a lawful investigation. Serious imminent threats should also be directed to competent emergency services.
This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to compulsory protections applicable to consumers elsewhere. AMORIAX LTD, company number 17502222, is the operator, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. The availability of an appeal or support discussion does not remove a court, issuer or regulator remedy.
16. Illustrative Examples of Unacceptable Use
A member who repeatedly sends gifts after being blocked, creates replacement Accounts and threatens to publish a recipient's photograph may be restricted for harassment and evasion, even if the gifts were paid for. A person who uses stolen photographs and invents an emergency to solicit direct bank transfers may be removed and reported as potential fraud. A user who discovers that refreshing checkout duplicates tokens and deliberately repeats the exploit may have illegitimate credits reversed and account access restricted.
Other examples include automated scraping of member profiles into a public database; using multiple Accounts to claim a one-time promotion; buying a person's Account and using it to contact previous matches; and offering cash in exchange for virtual gifts. These are examples of conduct contrary to safety, privacy or digital-licence rules, not a guarantee of a particular sanction without review. A good-faith refund request, vulnerability report or ordinary failure to reply is not unacceptable use.
Examples include using multiple paid gifts to harass a blocked recipient; publishing another member’s intimate photograph as punishment for not replying; establishing a fake profile to collect off-platform wire transfers; and selling token balances through an outside marketplace. In each case the conduct—not the mere fact of paying, being rejected or raising a dispute—is the basis for the potential restriction.
17. User Good-Faith Expectations
Use genuine profile details, respect the preferences and decisions of others, secure your own Account and buy digital functions only through the official checkout. Treat a like or gift as an optional social signal rather than a transaction with the recipient. If someone requests financial help, asks you to keep a relationship secret or presses for off-platform identification documents, exercise caution and report suspected fraud. Do not post sensitive data that a stranger could misuse.
When reporting a safety issue, provide the minimum evidence needed and avoid posting accusations publicly. If a charge appears wrong, keep the receipt and use the Payment Policy or Refund Policy process. If you decide to leave, follow the Cancellation Policy and separately exercise any privacy rights. This approach protects other members without requiring you to waive statutory rights or to accept conduct that makes you uncomfortable.
